Order Cancellation

Please be aware that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may reach out to our support team to initiate the return process. Upon returning your order, we can process a refund.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you have selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you will have the option to have your order reshipped or refunded in the event that it is lost in transit.

For orders using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

Lost/Missing Packages

Lucerella is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order and provide a replacement at no charge.

Customs

Lucerella is not responsible for any customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to the possibility that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that for some orders with free shipping, tracking may not be available.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”

For some shipping companies, it can take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update on their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at info@lucerella.com.
